Herschel’s career-long focus on family law has yielded many firsts, including an early pursuit of mediation as an effective and efficient alternative to a day in court.
Herschel is one of Ontario’s most sought-after and respected family law mediators and arbitrators, and is called on to mediate and arbitrate the most challenging family law matters.
He is known for developing creative yet practical solutions to family law problems, and is in frequent demand as a lecturer and educator on effective mediation and arbitration for family law problems.
